India is celebrating its 74th independence day. Every year this National festival was celebrated by hoisting the national flag and lots of cultural programmes. The street s would be decorated with national flags and meetings conducted with local leaders addressing the public and remembering the sacrifices of our freedom fighters and our national leaders.
In view of the pandemic covid-19 this year the national festival is almost a silent affair with no gatherings for safety reasons. Our college has also celebrated the Independence Day taking all safety measures. The national flag was hoisted by our Chairman Sri.M.Laxman Reddy, Executive Director Sri.G.Chandrasekhar Yadav and Principal Dr.P.santosh kumar Patra along with staff and few invited guests took the salute and paid rich tributes to our national heroes and several freedom fighters.
Our Chairman sir set an example by following regular physical work outs to stay fit at the age of 75 to keep away from infection of pandemic.
Our Principal Dr.P.Santosh Kumar Patra stressed the importance maintaining positivity and also emphasized the need to be physically active though we are endorse we should work for the development of our country by educating more and more people and raising the standards of our education system to reach international students.
